Thank you for a great event together!
More than 100 stakeholders from diverse professional backgrounds – including VET providers, businesses, and other key stakeholders – attended the EULEP Final Conference held in Brussels on Wednesday, 4 March.
The event opened with general introduction of business needs for a lifelong skilled workforce, followed by a short project insight.
Throughout the day, five panel discussions dealt with different aspects of businesses digitalisation and the role of C-VET in it. After discussing about the business skills needs in the digitalisation context, panelists were asked how to respond to businesses skills needs. In the following session, the role of digitalisation ecosystems and how they can help SMEs was debated.
Furthermore, there was an exchange about VET skills ecosystems and their contribution to local economic development. The day concluded with the lessons learned from this centre of vocational excellence and exploring the way forward.
The panels brought together different stakeholders who were involved in EULEP, with contributions from trainers, learners, EDIHs, VET institutions, and public authorities. The lively discussions were accompanied by some of the videos produced during the project.
